Practical AI, automation, and business systems built for residential cleaning companies.

Polished Growth Systems

How It Works

From First Conversation to a Working System.

Polished Growth Systems follows a clear, standardized process designed to get your cleaning company online, organized, and using the practical parts of AI and automation without turning setup into another job for you.

  • $297 per month
  • No setup fee
  • Month-to-month
  • Standardized process
  • Approximately 7–14 business days after complete onboarding

The 7–14 business-day launch window is a target, not a guarantee. Timing depends on complete information, account access, approvals, and third-party requirements.

The Process

Eight Clear Steps.

  1. 01

    Watch the Explainer Video

Start with the short overview to understand what the system includes, how the $297 monthly plan works, and which cleaning companies are the best fit.

  2. 02

    Schedule a Fit Call

Choose a brief appointment to ask questions, describe your current setup, and confirm whether the standardized system fits your company.

This is a fit conversation, not a free marketing-strategy session.

  3. 03

    Complete Enrollment

If the system is a good fit, you complete the service agreement, recurring-payment authorization, and required account information.

The standard plan is $297 per month, billed in advance, with no setup fee and no minimum commitment beyond the current paid billing period.

  4. 04

    Submit Your Onboarding Information

You provide the approved business information and account access needed to personalize and connect the system.

    • Business name
    • Logo and brand colors
    • Services
    • Service areas
    • Contact information
    • Business hours
    • Photos
    • Genuine customer reviews
    • Domain access
    • Calendar preferences
    • Phone and messaging information
    • One designated decision-maker

Complete and accurate onboarding information is the main factor affecting launch speed.

  5. 05

    We Configure the System

Polished Growth Systems personalizes the approved website template and configures the standard CRM, forms, calendar, notifications, missed-call response, basic follow-up, review workflow, and supported communication tools.

We configure a proven framework rather than building a different custom system for every client.

  6. 06

    You Review the Setup

You review the website and core business information for accuracy before launch.

    • Two reasonable pre-launch revision rounds
    • Corrections to approved text and contact information
    • Reasonable photo and color changes
    • Service and service-area corrections
    • Changes that remain within the standard template

Major redesigns, custom coding, new page architectures, extensive copywriting, bespoke integrations, and unsupported custom workflows are outside the standard plan.

  7. 07

We Complete Quality Control and Launch

After the approved revisions are complete, we review the website, forms, links, notifications, calendar, mobile display, and standard workflows before launch.

    • Contact information
    • Forms
    • Mobile responsiveness
    • Buttons and links
    • Calendar
    • Lead notifications
    • Missed-call workflow
    • Follow-up workflow
    • Review-request workflow
    • Domain connection
    • Basic tracking preparation

A typical launch target is approximately 7–14 business days after complete onboarding materials and access are received.

  8. 08

    You Begin Using the System

After launch, you use the CRM and mobile app to review inquiries, respond to supported conversations, track leads, manage appointments, and maintain appropriate human follow-up.

The technology helps organize and acknowledge opportunities. It does not replace customer service, sales conversations, or owner judgment.

Before You Enroll

What We Cover on the Fit Call.

Your Current Setup

We ask how you currently handle your website, calls, forms, customer messages, scheduling, follow-up, and reviews.

Your Main Gap

We identify the most important operational problem you want the system to help organize.

Fit With the Standard Plan

We determine whether your needs match the repeatable $297 system rather than a custom agency engagement.

Questions and Next Steps

We answer your questions about price, scope, onboarding, ownership, support, and what happens after enrollment.

The owner or primary decision-maker should attend.
