This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website, our forms, our scheduling tools, our messaging channels, and the paid Polished Growth System when we act on our own behalf.
This policy does not govern the privacy practices of our clients. When a residential cleaning company uses a website or customer communication system we operate for them, that company decides what information it collects from its own customers and is responsible for its own privacy notices.
Where a signed client service agreement addresses the same subject for the paid service, that agreement controls with respect to the paid service.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their practices, outages, policy changes, or data-handling decisions.
Current subprocessors and platforms: GoHighLevel, Stripe, domain registrars, hosting providers, email delivery providers, telecommunications and SMS providers, calendar services, analytics providers, AI-assisted tools, and embedded media providers.
11.Client CRM Data
When a client uses the customer communication system we provide, the client’s customer records belong to that client’s business relationship. The client decides what to collect and how to use it.
Clients are responsible for:
- Collecting customer information lawfully
- Providing any required privacy notices
- Obtaining any required consent for calls, texts, emails, and review requests
- Honoring opt-out requests
- Limiting account access and protecting credentials
- Responding to privacy requests from their own customers
- Avoiding collection of unnecessary sensitive information
We handle that information on the client’s behalf to operate the service.
