Messages sent through this program may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Rescheduling notices
• Responses to requested information
• Onboarding notices
• Billing notices
• Account notices
• Support messages
• Service updates
• Occasional marketing messages when separately authorized

• Users must affirmatively consent before receiving applicable text messages.
• SMS checkboxes are blank by default.
• Marketing consent is collected separately from appointment and service-message consent.
• Marketing consent is not required to purchase the service.
• Providing a phone number alone does not automatically create marketing consent.
• Messages may be sent using automated technology.
• The person providing the number represents that they are the subscriber or customary user of that number.

Message frequency varies based on appointments, account activity, inquiries, onboarding, support needs, and communication preferences.

Message and data rates may apply.

Contact your wireless provider for information about your text and data plan.

To stop receiving messages from the applicable messaging program, reply STOP.

Where supported, the following keywords are also recognized:

• CANCEL
• END
• QUIT
• UNSUBSCRIBE

• One final confirmation message may be sent.
• Additional messages will stop unless you later provide new consent or re-enroll.
• Opting out of one program does not necessarily cancel a service agreement or prevent legally permitted non-SMS communications.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Delivery is not guaranteed.
• Delivery depends on carrier networks, device compatibility, filtering, platform availability, and wireless service.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or have legally sufficient authority.
• Participants must have a supported mobile device and wireless plan.
• Participants must provide a valid mobile number.
• Participants should notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.

If you stop using or controlling a mobile number, you should opt out before the number is reassigned.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Necessary information may be shared with service providers that operate the messaging program, maintain records, process messages, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

We maintain records of the opt-in method, the disclosure shown at the time of submission, the consent date and time, the phone number, the source page, the IP address when available, messages sent, and opt-out activity as reasonably necessary for compliance and program operation.

• Cleaning-company clients send messages under their own business identity.
• Each client is responsible for obtaining valid consent.
• Each client is responsible for accurate identification.
• Each client is responsible for maintaining consent records.
• Each client must honor opt-outs.
• Each client must comply with applicable law, carrier rules, platform requirements, and its own published policies.

The following are prohibited:

• Unlawful cold texting
• Purchased-list blasting without a lawful basis
• Deceptive messaging
• False identities
• Fake reviews
• Review gating
• Misleading guarantees
• Attempts to evade carrier filtering

Providing software or workflows does not transfer a client’s compliance obligations to Guerzon Consulting LLC.

We may modify or discontinue the messaging program, message types, sending numbers, or providers when reasonably necessary.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
